Product Availability Time
To ensure that all orders are inspected before shipment we have a cut off time of 7:00 am (Eastern Standard Time). Orders must be placed complete by this time to guarantee Lead Time of 48-72 hours.

Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. On holidays it will be proceed on the next business day.

Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Echeck). When you are at Paypal, click on Don't have a PayPal account and you will be able to input your credit card information (make sure to use the correct billing address).
LADDERFITNESS,INC. will appear in your credit card statement.
 
Taxes
LadderFitness.com charges sales tax on orders billed in Florida. There is no sales tax charged to any other area.

Receiving Orders or Merchandise
Damages/Shortages:
Unfortunately our freight does not always arrive in the condition that it was in when it left our distribution center. Please assist us by reporting any damages within 48 hours.

Customer service will be glad to assist you in authorizing a return to our warehouse. If a return is due to circumstances beyond LadderFitness.com's control (wrong item or quantity ordered, a 30% restock charge will be incurred. Please keep in mind merchandise for returns must be in resalable condition. The item must be returned within 30 days of your order date. You will be responsible for the freight charges to return the items.
